Grooms Cottage

Groom's Cottage is situated on our working family farm. Located near the banks of the River Trent, the cottage is quiet and peaceful and we welcome dogs, with a fully fenced garden, so safe for your canine friends to wander around and enjoy the peace and quiet. There are also plenty of places for walking, we are just off the Trent Valley way. The Cottage has 3 bedrooms, and a newly refurbished kitchen and utility area and a cosy sitting room. Please be aware this cottage is old, over 300 years and ceilings can be a bit low, with steep stairs. We live adjacent but do work away quite a lot, so may not always be on site for your stay. Easy access to small market towns of Bingham and Newark on Trent. Local attractions are Belvoir Castle, Lincoln Cathedral, Chatsworth House and, of course, Nottingham. We are a mile from the nearest village and do have a rural bus service.
