Charming lake house retreat

This lake house near Buchanan, Three Oaks, and Notre Dame was built in 2018. The home has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, two family rooms, a wrap-around deck with a screened in porch on the side of the house, a walkout basement, and a firepit. The house sits on four private acres on a quiet lake, where you'll find beautiful sunrises and a small private dock a variety of water activities. The house has a row boat, a kayak, and rafts to use on the lake. The fish are plentiful as well. The sleeping options are: master bedroom with king bed and sofa, lower level bedroom with queen bed, upstairs bedroom 1 with full bed, upstairs bedroom 2 with bunk bed that has full bed on the bottom and single on top, lower level family room with large sofa. There is also a sofa in the main level family room but it is not counted in the listed sleeping spaces. There is a full bathroom on each of the three floors, including a bathtub upstairs and on the lower level. The home is our vacation property and we are just a phone call away if needed. We are five minutes away from Buchanan, ten minutes from Three Oaks, 20 minutes from South Bend or New Buffalo. The long driveway has plenty of room for multiple cars.
