With covered outdoor seating, large bedrooms and Aircon, this property can act as a comfortable home base for exploring the outskirts of Brisbane. This trendy, two-storey Gaythorne apartment boasts a master with private ensuite, King Suite and walk-in robe. The second bedroom has a comfy queen suite, ensuring everyone enjoys their own space. The balcony is fully covered so you can enjoy the fresh breeze in any weather. This is ideal for the indoor-outdoor dinner party or family staycation, flowing seamlessly from the cosy outdoor area into open-plan family dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, soft close doors and a large pantry. The kitchen has the much-loved breakfast bar, perfect for sharing a glass of wine with friends whilst prepping food for dinner. The main open-plan living area is perfect to watch the telly with the kids and relax. NBN WIFI and a TV with Chromecast meet all your relaxing and work needs. Aircon in each room means that this home is perfect for both the humid QLD summer and chilly winter. A space is also provided for your laundry requirements, with a washer and a large outdoor washing line downstairs to make the most of the sunny Brisbane weather. There is also a dedicated secure parking space with visitor parking and free street parking. Come home and live like a local! Guests have access to the entire home and patio for themselves. The stairs to the apartment and the garage are shared with other residents in the building, so please be mindful of noise, especially on the stairs, as it echoes. Gaythorne is a quiet northern suburb, surrounded by multiple industrial and retail outlets. Never feel left out with ample trendy neighbourhood cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Being in the centre of all this makes it a perfect spot for exploring the Northside of Brisbane, with buses, trains connecting you to the city and beyond. Around the corner is Enoggera Dam and bushwalking trails. Immerse yourself in the freshwater of the reservoir and enjoy the cool swimming hole, hire a SUP or kayak, or go for beautiful walks through the bush to see native flora and fauna. We cannot recommend this spot for a summers day enough! Gaythorne is only 20 minutes North-West of the Brisbane CBD and offers access to handy transport links, with both buses and trains in and out of the CBD. The train station is less than a 10-minute walk at the end of the street. Numerous buses also stop on Samford Road. The neighbourhood is quiet yet with ample cafes and local shops. Around the corner is the Gallipoli Barracks and Enoggera with a dam for swimming, hiking/bushwalking trails and more. With a dedicated parking space under the building, as well as some visitors parking on the property and minimal street parking, you can fit yours plus your guest's cars comfortably to explore Brisbane even more. Please do not park on the yellow line and only park where there is a break in the yellow line. The airport is a 20-minute drive away. Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! There is a train line 500m from the front of the building. Whilst this property is at the back of the building, those who are especially sensitive to sound should be mindful that this is nearby. We are pet-friendly - just let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. To cover extra cleaning, please note our pet fee is $100, which will be added to your total reservation amount after booking. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.
