House with garden, close to water

Going for a swim is two blocks away. The house has five rooms, a kitchen and a room for laundry. Two bathrooms, one of them has a jacuzzi. It takes 25 min with the metro to the center of Stockholm, takes 15 min to walk to the metro. It's suitable for most people, and especially families - there are toys, swings and a big trampoline for kids and adults. The veranda has a table for six and a BBQ. You have access to the whole house and garden - except one room (which is not shown in the pictures). There is a playground in the garden, and there are two porches - one large on the frontside and one on the backside - it is possible to dine on both. You will rent the whole house. Me and my daughter (who is born 2015) will sometimes be away, and sometimes we will stay in a cottage about 20-30 metres away from the house. If we are staying in the cottage, we will use the garden on the backside. My daughter likes to use the trampoline, but of course not when you’re using it. We also have two cats, and if they stay with us in the cottage they might go into the house you rent - therefore we will ask you if that is ok, if it is not ok I will leave the cats with a friend who lives much further away. We love this house because there's lots of space and the nearest little beach is only two blocks away. There is a more proper beach one kilometer away, with kiosk, outdoor gym and so on. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the metro. It takes 25 min to T-centralen, 21 min to Slussen. There are also buses that are only a few minutes walking distance, but they only leave each 30 min, but they go to Vårberg centrum or Skärholmen where you can change for the metro or go shopping. There are 3 proper beds: one 180 cm, one 160 cm, one bed for a child. There are also two camp beds, one inflatable bed, a cot for babies/small children and a couch which one adult or two children can sleep in. When I live in the house there are also two cats living here. Of course I will be cleaning carefully, it shouldn't be a problem, but if you are very allergic this might not be the right place for you since I can't guarantee to a hundred percent that you won't react.
