Home away from home-a Rural Oasis

My place is a 2018 build, it is a warm, sunny home with amazing outdoor deck with built in seating. I absolutely love this house it has sass and flair. The beds are brand new beds and brand new furniture. I offer an experience where the little details matter and this is reflected in the products that are available to the guests and the inclusion of breakfast. All spaces are available to guests for use it is only no smoking inside the house however there is an area outside that is specific for smokers with ashtrays. It is within two kilometres of the nearest MacDonalds restaurant. Guests have access to this house, the garden and the parking area and lawns, the laundry room is supervised access only and the carshed/garage is off limits. I am available when needed but certainly will not interrupt my guests stay if they don’t need me. This is a place of tranquility and it is up to the guests to only relax. My place is within two kilometres of the town shopping area and one of the local supermarkets also take out restaurants and very nice sit down restaurants as well. Arriving in your own vehicle makes getting around a breeze, there is a few local beautiful walkways that goes down to the beach. There is various parks and other activities around our town to enjoy by everyone This is a rural area and therefore you will have cattle noises and hear neighbors dogs
