A hidden GEM in Coronet Bay

Lovely beach house for rent in the heart of the quiet coastal town of Coronet Bay, 110kms from Melbourne. A hidden gem featuring a safe child friendly beach, one shop and boat ramp. The house is a short walk to the beach approx. 600m. BBQ on the back deck and enjoy the serenity that Coronet Bay offers. Put on the fire inside after a spa bath. You will not want to leave. This property has 5 beds and can sleep 7 people with ease. The house built in the 90s and has recently been renovated inside. Bath towels and linen are provided to help you enjoy your stay. Whole house with exception of the shed. A small boat is available if you have a boat licence subject to discussion with owner. Three kayaks (2 adult, 1 child) free to use. Entry via key safe - combination provided before arrival. Always happy to be contacted to ensure you have an amazing holiday. Quite lovely coastal town which features shallow safe swimming beach, fishing off the rocks and a new boat ramp at Corinella. One local general store that sells burgers, fish & chips takeaway on weekends. A lovely walk along the beach to the Fig & Bay cafe in Corinella for coffee or delicious meal (recommend booking ahead). Dog friendly beach, must be leashed during the summer months. Beach or bushy trail walks. Approx 5 mins drive to Grantville’s shopping strip including bakery, cafe’s and chemist. Approx. 20 mins drive to Phillip Island. Daily bus service to Grantville and Wonthaggi. A few days of firewood is provided. If staying longer more firewood can be purchased at the local service station. No cleaning freshly caught fish in the house. Food waste can be collected in the Council supplied caddy and placed into the green lid bin for pick up. Caddy are liners supplied.
