Braemar Cottage - new, peaceful, stunning views!

Braemar Cottage is a fully self-contained spacious unit in the lovely Snells Beach. It has a gorgeous ocean view over Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is about an hour's north of Auckland and perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. There are plenty of things to do nearby from visiting charming country cafes and wineries, or shopping at the local farmer's markets, or even taking a day trip to explore Kawau Island. If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away. Braemar Cottage is a 2 bedroom fully self contained unit with a lounge, kitchen and bathroom. It has a private deck which is perfect for enjoying a meal, BBQ or a glass of wine while looking at the stunning views of Kawau Bay. The cottage has also been designed to be wheelchair-friendly, so there is a ramp at the back door and the doorways are wider. Guests have the use of the entire cottage and deck. Your hosts live in the main house on the property behind Braemar Cottage. They are friendly and available to assist but not intrusive. Snells Beach is a lovely and quiet coastal town, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, or a longer holiday stay for families. The cottage is 500m from the beach. There is a local small dairy, and a few cafes and restaurants, as well as a Warehouse retail store in Snells Beach. The closest supermarkets - Countdown and New World - are in Warkworth. We highly recommend having a car to make the most of exploring this area. Guests are welcome to bring their dog by prior arrangement, subject to the dogs not being allowed on the furniture. The owners have 2 dogs and a couple of cats who are contained in the main house at the rear of the property.
