The house is perfect for someone who is looking for active sport holidays. The villa is isolated on own restricted area, which makes it also very suitable for family leasure. Surrounding is marvelous panorama of mountains and views of the countryside. All around the day the villa gets sun luminosity. The Villa is an impressive three-bedroom, modern & spacious family home. This is a luxurious and elegant villa located in a residential area close to the beaches. The main resort amenities are around a 20-30 minutes walk away or a few minutes drive. Internally the villa is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor, the lobby leads to a bathroom including toilet, sink and shower. The large kitchen is beautifully finished with ample storage cupboards, granite work surfaces, all utensils, electrical appliances including oven, microwave, hob (all electric), fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen has a beautifull outside view and leads to a covered terrace with a large view to the countryside, mountains & swimming pool area. There is a free unlimited wi-fi with english & portuguese TV in the living room which has glass-doors leading also to the kitchen terrace. The dining area is surrounded by a window and glass-doors leading to a smaller covered terrace which overlooks the driveway. Externally the villa has pretty garden areas with a terrace along the pool including tables, chairs, sofas & luxurious sunbeds. The private swimming pool measures around 8 mts x 4 mts and varies in depth from 0.85 mts to around 2.15 mts. Close by is a covered BBQ with sink & worktops. The access to outdoor parking and garage is via manual gates with grounds completely walled. Stairs lead to the first floor where there are three bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms including toilets, sink, bathtub & shower. Two bedrooms has a king bed and one bedroom has twin single beds. The master bedroom has access to a huge terrace with a stunning view to the countryside and mountains of Sintra. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The property is located 1 km from old city center of Ribamar, 5 km from Aldi supermarket, 300 meters from the beach of Ribeira d'Ilhias, 5 km from Ericeira Old Town city, 5 km from Ericeira bus station, +/- 60 km from Lisbon airport. For who wants to spend the winter season in Portugal the villa is also available for a reduced monthly rental from October till May. The owner personally hands over the keys.
