The house is located in the typical and colorful village of Cerri, 4 km from Lerici and the sea. It has kept its old house characteristics (wooden beams, slate stairs) despite having been completely renovated. The terrace has a spectacular view: the Apuan Alps to the east, the sea of the Gulf of Poets to the west. The village is peaceful and quiet. Ideal for a stay by the sea, and also for visiting the art cities of nearby Tuscany. The house consists of 1 living area with sofa bed, 1 eat-in kitchen, 1 bathroom with washing machine, an outdoor terrace with a magnificent view, equipped with a table and chairs. A hundred meters away there is a free parking in the village square, and a second free parking is higher up, to reach the house you have to cross the village Cerri is a small ancient village, on top of a hill , 4 kms far from the sea. It's very quiet, and surrounded by the nature. It's a lovely place for walking in the green. There are no shops, only a restaurant opened in summer
