지하철역에 인접한 상가주택입니다. 작은 사무실을 겸하여 홈오피스로 사용하고 있습니다. 지하철 3호선 금호역과 버스정류장이 도보 3분 거리 내에 있으며 공항버스정류장이 10분 거리에 있어 대중교통 이용에 최상의 환경입니다. 한강공원이 도보 8분거리에 있어 자전거 여행은 물론, 운동과 피크닉을 즐기기에 좋습니다. 전통시장과 대형마트, 편의점, 식당 등 다양한 편의시설을 편리하게 이용하실 수 있습니다. 1. Great location! - 3mins from the subway station by walk(Geumho station/line3) - 3-10mins from a lot of bus stops.(10mins from the airport bus stop) - You can go to many places in 30mins by subway or bus.(Dongdaemun, Myeongdong, Namdaemun, Jongno, Insadong, Seoul station, Namsan, Itaewon, Gangnam... etc.) - You can go to the Han River Park in 8mins by walk. 2. Enjoy taking a walk, jogging and going on a bicycle trip at the Han River Park! 3. There are many convenient stores, restaurants, marts and a traditional market near my house. 4. There are 3rooms(A:for max. 2guests/B:for max. 2guests/C:for only 1guest) in my place. We share a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room but private rooms are not shared with others.(※ Room A has a small private lavatory) 5. Your room has a single bed, a secure locker, a hanger... etc. 6. A host usually works only by daylight and doesn't sleep there at night. - Free Wifi - Flooring heating system. - Refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, rice cooker, gas stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware...etc. - Shampoo, hair conditioner, body cleanser, towel, hair dryer. - If you need some stationery, ask me!!! My place is a home office and so, let me know if you need help.
