Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character. The ground floor (comprising the living room, kitchen, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom) has been especially designed for people with disabilities . In addition to the house guests may want to use the sauna or the pool. We also provide an outdoor table tennis and pool table. There are three bicycles available. My mother Mrs. Ingeborg Eben lives in Neu Wendorf and manages the holiday home. She will greet you and give you all the relevant instructions. She is also happy to help you with any questions you might have during your stay The local town Sanitz has several supermarkets. Neu Wendorf offers ample opportunity for walks or cycle rides on sandy paths surrounded by fields and through beautiful forests. The Baltic sea can be reached in 30 min by car. Neu Wendorf is well placed to explore the surrounding historic cities, such as Rostock or Bad Doberan with its cathedral and 18th century spa town Heiligendamm nearby.
