Great holiday house by an amazing beach, has everything you need for a perfect holiday or get away. Short easy walk (5 mins) to the beach, local shop, tennis courts (free to use), playground, park and toddler pool everything you need is close by. Waikuku Beach has a surf club that has patrols over the summer. View of the estuary and ocean from upstairs lounge. Private secure property completely fenced with off street parking. WIFI - fibre. Christchurch and airport less than 30 mins away. Bedroom 3 - the two single beds can be joined together to make 1 king size bed, please specify if you would like this. Bedroom 4 is a single bed with a trundler single. Two lounges with TV's. Two bathrooms one with a bath. Two outdoor seating areas with barbecue. Access to the property will be via a lock-box which the code will be sent prior to arrival. Quiet and relaxed This property is our holiday house and we have great holiday times here. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided but you will need your own beach towels. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided. The house has a heat pump a fireplace and electric heaters.
