Welcome to Di's B&B. Everybody welcome. Private down stairs unit with separate access. 1 bedroom with queen bed and tv 2nd bedroom with 1 large single bed and dinning table. Both rooms have heaters and electric blankets. Separate room with a sofa. Kitchenette with microwave, jug, toaster and fridge. Free unlimited WiFi. Covered parking. Portable cot available on request. 10 min walk to Matamata shops. 10 min drive to Hobbiton. Central to Hamilton, Tauranga and Rotorua. You have your own private entrance and space 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette all to yourself. There is a microwave, fridge,jug and toaster in the kitchen. Bbq available We like to give our guests there space I usually greet my guests then leave them to it. I am available in person or by phone or texts. If you don't have a car there is a local taxi service. We are a 15min walk from the isite were the buses stop. We are the back house down the driveway on the right look for the red door. There is undercover parking.
