Beach front holiday home - Spacious, family friendly, 3 level, apartment overlooking the beautiful Simms Cove with direct access to a pristine swimming beach only fifty meters from your front door. Sip on a coffee, wine or have a beer while you watch the sunset over the ocean. You can make this holiday relaxing or as full on as you wish - your choice. Plenty of room for kids with 3 TV's and a beach to keep them busy Guests must provide their own sheets, pillow slips, towels and toiletries From the time you arrive you will forget about the city, work or worries as you take in the beautiful views over the ocean in the Spencer Gulf. Wander down the beach track for a long lunch or dinner only a short 10 minutes stroll away. Or why not buy some fresh fish, crabs or squid if you are not up to catching your own from your front door step for dinner, when you wander up the street for your morning coffee? With 3 TV's for the kids to watch the adults can sit back and relax either watching the sunset over the ocean at night or having a BBQ out the back. The beach house is beautiful and cool during summer or snuggly warm during winter with aircons on each level of the home. It has plenty of room out the back for your holiday cricket match or just simply for the kids to play. There is an outside sink and bench for you to fillet your fish as you catch them, or clean up your squid if that is what you prefer. With both Moonta town or Port Hughes only minutes away you can get all of your supplies once you arrive. All you need to do is pack your bathers, beach towels a few clothes and your linen and you are ready for a holiday. Parking for your convenience just out side the door. Moonta Bay, South Australia, Australia is located in the Copper Coast region of the Northern Yorke Peninsula. Take in the panoramic views of the Ochre Cliffs and clear blue waters with beautiful sandy beaches and coves that hug the coastline. After some exercise? Why not walk the pristine swimming beach nestled between Moonta Bay and Port Hughes jetties, whether you are a walker or not you will love it! There is also great shore based, boat and jetty fishing not to mention it is only fifteen minutes from the famous Greg Norman designed Port Hughes Golf Course. If you have the kids they will love Splash Town, its a free to use community water park. Enjoy yourself in one of the cafe's or restaurants if you feel like a long lunch or dinner. In Moonta you will find a supermarket, ATM, post office, chemist, doctors, dentist and other health professionals. There is a wide choice of shops covering clothing, shoes, variety homewares, op shops, antiques and collectables. Also taxi and passenger services cover the area and a bus connects with Adelaide. ( bookings are required for the Moonta Bay bus stop) A bus from the Adelaide Central Bus Station in Adelaide will deliver you to Moonta Bay which is only a short 10 minute stroll from the beach house long the beach track or road. Please check timetables for new times due to COVID-19. There is plenty of parking at the beach house so bring your car as the driving is easy if not grab a taxi.
