This newly remodeled home is Part of the “Minimalist Movement.” A Minimalist Home is calming, more appealing, and has all the essentials without the excess clutter of a traditional home. This home has a Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Cooking Ware, Plates, Cups & Utensils, Complimentary Washer, Dryer, and detergent are also provided. Guests agree to keep the property in good condition and are financially responsible for any items missing or broken. For time estimates, we recommend the WAZE app where you can see graphs at what time traffic is highest and best times to leave for your desired destination. F.A.Q's: -Access Pin will be sent through the Airbnb app as soon as you book. You will have 100% privacy and will be able to treat this home as if it is yours! -Check-in is 3pm; Check-out is 10am. You can check-in any time after 3pm and as late as you want. No early check-ins and no late check-outs as we have to clean the home for same day guests. -What We Provide: All linens, all towels, 2 Toilet Paper Rolls and 1 paper towel roll to get you started, Shampoo, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, Windex, broom, and mop are all included. -What you need to bring: Everything else not listed above that you would need. ENTIRE HOME! I travel for work so my availability is limited. Any in-person needs can be communicated through the app and someone will come to the property as soon as possible. We are 2 miles from Downtown Claremont, 3 miles from Pomona Fairplex, 9 miles from Ontario International Airport, 8 miles from Cal Poly Pomona, and 7 miles from Raging Waters Waterpark. We are exactly 1 mile from the 10 freeway which gives access to all major highways in the greater Los Angeles Area. If public transportation is needed, we are a short 7 minute walk from the closest bus-stop and routes and bus schedules can be found on the city bus website.
