In a beautiful hilly countryside, our house is ancient but nicely renovated with modern confort : fully equipped kitchen-dining room (25 m2), bathroom, cellar (washing machine, fridge, deep freezer), living room (30 m2) with tv, wifi. Garden 3700 m². Upstairs, landing with single bed (80cm) and cloak-room. 2 large connecting bedrooms (20 m2) One with a double (140cm) and a single bed (90 cm). The other with double bed (140 cm) and toilets. Big garden (3700 m2) with tables, chairs, umbrella. The living room has three sofas, a fireplace with an insert (wood at disposal), television and wifi. Many books and games. This house is our week-end and holiday place and we entrust it to you. You have a full access to all the rooms : kitchen/dining-room, cellar, bathroom, living-room, and upstairs, landing with a single bed, two connecting rooms, and toilets. Thank you for leaving the house tidy and clean, bed linen folded. If you prefer to have a cleaning service, the amount is of 60 € to pay on the spot. Lanay Margot is a hamlet of the village Le Gué de la Chaîne/Belforêt en Perche. The nearest railway station is in Nogent-le-Rotrou, 30 km away.It is necessary to have a car or a motorcycle. The access to the hamlet is via a track of 700m. Parking for 2 cars The countryside can be humid specially in the morning. Don’t Forget the boots. Thank you for turning back the house cleaned Put the used sheets and towels in the bath. If you choose to pay the cleaning fee , the amount is of 60€ to be paid on the spot.
