This year-round water-view cottage is tucked above Port Jefferson Harbor on a wooded acre in a premiere enclave. Watch calming sunsets over the harbor! It's literally footsteps from the downtown Port Jefferson where you can walk along the harbor and find family fun for all!! The cottage is a spacious 1 level offering a full working kitchen with washer and dryer! You will feel at home the moment you enter! Dogs are allowed w/notice. $65 weekly/visit fee. Guests will immediately walk into a comfortable sunroom where one will witness the most colorful, water view sunsets Long Island has to offer!This one of a kind AIRBNB offers a sprawling layout that has 2 large bedrooms, one king bedroom and one queen bedroom that are quite separated providing additional privacy. There is also additional sleeping arrangements on our sleeper sofa, and queen size air mattress. that can accommodate a 5th and 6th guest! iYou will is also have a full working kitchen equipped with stove and washer and dryer. Cottage is a mere 1 mile from Bridge Port/Port Jeff ferry, Long Island Railroad and Uber friendly! We can assist with direct planning and itinerary planning! Special accommodations may also be provided upon request! We as hosts go above and beyond for our guests! We hope to be yours! 😊 Guests enter through side door at the end of walkway lined with Belgium blocks. Parking is provided in driveway where 1 car garage is. If you plan on having more than one car please let us know. We are available at any time for our guests. Although we are not on the premises we are local to the area. Port Jefferson is a historic village that manages to hold on to vintage charm! The last stop on the Long Island Railroad and the launching point of the Port Jefferson/Bridgeport ferry, Port Jefferson ensures that you can vacation surrounded by quaint maritime history yet easily venture out to explore. Enjoy a performance at our vintage playhouse (Theatre Three) then walk steps to your choice of global cuisine, micro-breweries, art galleries, coffee shops, an outdoor ice skating rink (in winter) or for those shoppers, there are a variety of shops to visit. Belle Terre (geographically) resides just above the beautiful Village of Port Jeff. Our quaint Village can be traveled to on foot if one choses. Or, just than I mile down hill and you’ve arrived. Aside from the countless eateries, one would find...theatre (live), museums, piers, candy/ice cream parlors, boutique’s, salons/spa’s, karaoke to quick draw, fishing excursions, beer gardens, vineyard and live entertainment somewhere! And, we are always happy to do our best to help with specific requests or questions! So, if you’re in town for an occasion or just as your destination, you’re surely in for memorable time!
