Private pool cottage near beaches and nature

Come stay in our lovely garden cottage. There are shops conveniently located at the corner of our block, a bus stop to Sydney centre just outside our front door and several beaches 10 minutes drive or a short bus ride away. Head out for a surf at Manly Beach or any number of spots along Sydney's north shore. Go for a bush walk or mountain bike ride around Manly Dam only a 10 minute walk away. Come home and relax outside and swim in our pool. Serenity! Our 64 square meter cottage is set at the back of our block with access along the side of the main house. It is newly renovated and very private. There is a private office space in the cottage with its own separate access door. All living spaces in our pool cottage including a kitchen, living area, bathroom and bedroom. We may or may not be here depending on our travel plans. If we are not here there will be a contact person nearby to call on. There are local shops located at the corner of our street where there is a butcher, bottle shop, cafe, bakery, news agent, chicken and convenience shop. Four Brothers Espresso is a 10 minute walk towards Seaforth for great coffee and breakfast. There is a bus stop at the end of our street (200 meters) with buses taking people to Sydney centre during peak hours. Buses to beaches and all parts of Sydney run all day from a stop at the corner shops. We have off street parking for 1 car and there is plenty of space for street parking. Small children could stay and sleep on an inflatable mattress in or portable cot.
