Guests will enjoy a self contained property for their personal use, with the added bonus of being able to use the facilities at Liberty Leisure Centre FREE OF CHARGE. Although not included in the free offer, there is a separate full Day Spa on site. Why not treat yourself! DURING YOUR STAY RECEPTION AT LIBERTY LEISURE IS YOUR POINT OF CONTACT FOR ALL MATTERS The opening hours of Liberty Leisure Centre are as follows. MON - FRI 6.30am until 10pm SAT - 6.30am until 9.30pm SUN - 7.00am until 9.00pm ***Please note that there is no contact or services available outside of these hours*** CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Check in and check out will take place at reception at Liberty Leisure which is on the same site as your accommodation. You will need to be able to show your booking confirmation code at check in. Check in is between 3pm - 8pm. Although you may use the facilities before check in on your day of arrival from 11am. Details of how the facilities are accessed will be explained upon arrival. Please note only the number of guests you have booked for will have access to the facilities. Check out on your day of departure is strictly 11 am. This is unfortunately not able to be changed due to the servicing schedule. Please check out at Reception within Liberty Leisure. DIRECTIONS From junction 5 of the M5. Once off the motorway - and this next bit is going to sound odd - you need to take the slip road as if you are getting back onto the M5 south bound (so Worcester & the south). Before you get as far as actually getting back onto the motorway you will see a left hand turn off that slip road called stoke road. Take this turn. You will also see a sign for liberty leisure. Saxon way is then the 1st turning on the left. Upon arrival please respect our social distancing requirements and expect temperature checks to be in place. If you or someone you live with or have had close contact with is unwell with symptoms of COVID-19, has had a positive test or is awaiting the results of a test you should not travel or attend. ACCOMMODATION Your accommodation is equipped with Bedlinen, Towels, Electric Oven, Refrigerator (not freezer), Microwave, Kettle & Toaster, Clothes hangers, Crockery, Cutlery, Utensils, Pans, Tea Towels, Oven Gloves, Glasses. Towels for use at Liberty Leisure Centre may be hired from reception. HOUSEKEEPING The accommodation is not serviced during your stay, but extra/replacement towels etc may be requested at and collected from reception. COMPLIMENTARY PROVISIONS A small supply of the following is provided for your arrival: Coffee Tea Sugar Milk Salt Pepper Oil Toiletries Toilet Roll Washing up liquid This is not replenished during your stay and therefore, as with all self catering accommodation you should expect to provide further quantities of these items yourself. We are unable to provide ‘welcome’ food packages or accept online supermarket deliveries on your behalf prior to you checking in. HOUSE RULES - please see information pack upon arrival for full house rules BABY EQUIPMENT No baby equipment is able to be provided - this included cots, highchairs, stair-gates & window restraints. AGE RESTRICTIONS Unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings from guests under the age of 21 years. This obviously does not apply to persons under 21 visiting with their family or an appropriate adult. SMOKING/VAPING Smoking/Vaping of any description is strictly forbidden in the accommodation and entrance areas. Guests are asked to be respectful of both other guests and the residential residents of Saxon Way and therefore also not smoke directly outside a property where it may have an impact on others. PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD CIGARETTE BUTS ON THE FLOOR WASHING UP Guests are responsible for washing any items used and returning them to where they were found. RUBBISH The general Waste bins outside the property may be used to dispose of rubbish. Extra Bin Bags are provided. You should ensure bins are emptied upon departure and no rubbish is left in the property. BALCONIES IN RESPECT OF THE PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL OCCUPANTS OF SAXON WAY, AND THE PATRONS OF LIBERTY LEISURE CENTRE, THE DRYING OF WASHING AND TOWELS ON BALCONY RAILS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. PETS PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED with the exception of assistance animals which are welcome. Please advise us in advance if this applies as will arrange extra servicing time following your stay. PARKING Parking is available free of charge. There is not allocated parking other than for our 4 bedroomed properties. LEISURE FACILITIES ***please note that these facilities are a free extra - the cost of the accommodation would not be different without this. At this time Liberty Leisure is fully open with Social distancing measures in place. Guests may enjoy full use of the general facilities at Liberty Leisure within the cost of the accommodation. GUEST PASSES WILL BE ISSUED AT CHECK-IN FOR THE NUMBER OF GUESTS INDICATED AT TIME OF BOOKING - THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN. NO FURTHER PASSES WILL BE ISSUED. Facilities include 25m pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, salt room, squash court and gyms. In addition, there is also a totally separate day spa, however, this is not included in the free offer. Details for this may be seen below. If you intend using the pool, a padlock is required for the lockers. You may bring your own or they can be purchased from reception. The opening hours are detailed above. The pool and poolside facilities close half an hour before the rest of the building. Please note from time to time certain facilities may not be available due to emergency or essential maintenance although this is rare and only when the situation is beyond our control. They will also be unavailable whilst being cleaned. If you require clarity in relation to something that does not appear to be working - please contact Reception. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHILDREN MUST BE DIRECTLY SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. NO PERSONS UNDER 16 ARE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE FACILITIES ON THEIR OWN, AND NEITHER ARE THEY PERMITTED IN THE FOLLOWING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. GYMS HOT TUB SAUNA STEAM ROOM SALT ROOM DAY SPA There is a separate day spa within Liberty Leisure (over and above the free facilities advertised). Although this is not included in the free offer, you are able to book and purchase either full or half day spa packages, or alternatively just treatments, enjoying a 10% discount on advertised prices, Subject to availability. Please note: early booking is essential for spa days and treatments to avoid disappointment. There is no access to Liberty Spa or it’s facilities for guests who have not pre-booked either spa days or treatments. The booking of treatments alone does not give access to any of the day spa facilities. This is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am until 6pm. Please note that access to the spa is strictly 18 years + WIFI Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the Leisure Centre. The Wi-Fi password is: libertyleisure Unfortunately it is not available within your accommodation. However a limited number of portable devises are available to hire from reception. These are subject to availability and should therefore be booked in advance.Charges & Deposit apply. RESTAURANT The Restaurant at Liberty Leisure offers a wide variety of options, including a Deli Salad Bar and full restaurant Menu subject to availability. For service times please contact reception.
