Sunrise View Room by Little Saigon

This is a contemporary 2-story single family home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Little Saigon and nearby Orange County Koreatown, and 10 minutes to Huntington Beach, Angels Stadium, and Disneyland. Goldenwest College is a bike ride away. Perfect base for solo adventurers or couples looking to relax SoCal style. The home was recently purchased, therefore the common areas are lightly furnished for the time being. However the guest bedroom, which is located on the second floor, is furnished with a full size bed, desk, chair, fan, dresser, closet, and TV w/ Roku. The detached bathroom is across the hall and is shared with one other Airbnb room. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining room, backyard, and living room by the front of the house. Laundry is available for guests staying a week or longer. Please be courteous and respectful of other guests/residents in the home. I live on the property and will be available outside of normal work hours. You can always reach me through the Airbnb messaging app. The neighborhood is peaceful, with a verdant park on the way in. Guests will have one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. Street parking is also available, however please note that street sweeping occurs on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. The closest bus routes are on Bolsa Ave. Some restaurants and cafe's are within walking distance on Beach Blvd. A rental car, or ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft, is highly recommended for getting around as Orange County and the Los Angeles metro area are very expansive and public transit may not be available for most destinations. There are 4 security cameras located on the first level; these will be pointed out during the welcome walkthrough. The camera feed is uploaded to a remote server and will only be reviewed in the event of an incident. Two guest maximum. No pets permitted. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE of the home; please properly dispose of the ash and waste.
