The apartment is housed in a XVII century building, a few steps from Odescalchi Castle and a 5-minute walk from the train connection to Rome. Last March opened a Bar not far from the house, so during the night could be just a bit of noise in the street. This lovely 38-m2 open-plan apartment has been recently restored and offers panoramic lake views. The area surrounding the Lake Bracciano offers a wide ranging of indoor and outdoor activities, as well as a stunning beauty. There are numerous places of historical interest in the vicinity to visit such as Castello Odescalchi and also UNESCO sites as the Etruscan Necropolis of Cerveteri. In a region between lakes and see all the kind of sport facilities are available: sailing, surfing, paddle boarding, fishing, biking, horse riding, tennis and trekking or simply relaxing walking in The Natural Park of Bracciano and Martignano. Nevertheless, excellence of our region is the local enogastronomy with exclusive wines, lake fishes and beef extensively grazed, that you can enjoy in the numerous renowned Bracciano´s restaurants. The lake is 1.5 km away and can be reached by car, by bus at scheduled times, or by foot. It also features two other beautiful and famous villages: Trevignano and Anguillara which are worth visiting.
