Comfortable room in beautiful North Wales

My home has impressive and uninterrupted views over the river Dee Estuary and the Wirral peninsular. There is a beach within 12 miles and there are restaurants and family-friendly activities nearby. My home is good for solo adventurers and business travelers and is located less than half a mile from the Welsh Coastal Path. Large and comfortable double bedroom with great views. Bed has mattress and pillow protectors and clean bedding. For stays over seven days - clean bedding will be supplied at regular intervals. Towels (if required) are available at no extra charge. Full access to my home. Private bedroom and shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge areas. Off-road parking is available for one car (request at time of booking). There is ample on-road parking at the front of the house. Happy to help you in planning your excursions and recommending places to visit - sometimes available to escort you (if required). I live in a typical British neighbourhood, it's in a small village less than two miles away from the nearest town (Holywell) where you will find the usual mix of shops, restaurants, take-a-way's and pubs. I am one mile away from the world-famous St Winifrieds Well - a place of religious pilgrimage for the last 900 years. There is a local bus service that stops less than half a mile away with connections for Chester, Liverpool, London as well as the North Wales coast. My home is approximately 18 miles form the beautiful city of Chester and 27 miles from the eclectic city of Liverpool. The beautiful Victorian resort of Llandudno is 40 minutes away and the Snowdonia National Park is also 40 minutes away. There is a main-line Train Station five miles away with direct trains to Manchester & London (and all other points within the UK). Manchester & Liverpool airports are approximately one hour away. Airport and train pick-ups may be available at extra cost.
