Garden adjoins National Trust woods, property less than a mile from town & beach. Bridport & Seaton 20 mins away. Room includes en-suite shower room, TV, fridge, toaster and microwave. The room is very private with its own lockable front door and en-suite shower room. The room is spacious and warm in the winter with lots of light. It enjoys its own parking space and undercover seated area in the garden overlooking breathtaking views of the sea and countryside. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Own lockable front door, small patio with garden table and chairs overlooking spectacular countryside. I live in the house above and will be available to answer any questions or offer help if need be, otherwise I'm very happy to leave you to your own devices! What's not to love about Lyme Regis, it's absolutely beautiful and has so much to offer in terms of interest, walks, shopping, restaurants, bars, beaches, fossil hunting, golf etc. There is a bus stop situated a short walk from the house which takes you as far as Exeter to the west and Bournemouth to the East. There is a British Rail station 15 mins by car to Axminster. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, butter, jam, and cereals are provided.
