***new listing!*** we are excited to welcome you to our lake house on Oneida lake! The house is the perfect getaway and the views are amazing that you can enjoy throughout the house! There is a large eat in porch and sitting area, perfect for wildlife viewing, relaxing and gathering. There are 2 bedrooms- 1 set in the front of the house with 2 large beds and a bathroom-big enough to comfortably sleep 4. The other bedroom is lakeside with a queen bed. Plenty of places to sit outside- including a covered sitting area! The perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise. We have air conditioners throughout the house on those hot days. We have our own private dock for swimming, fishing, etc (seasonal - early spring to fall) Please not we do not allow boats to stay docked overnight due to the liability of the lake changing and the damage that could potentially be done to the boat and dock. We do have a marina on the same road that can accommodate and can be used to launch daily. The house is completely yours during your stay. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen (Pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, etc), 12 cup coffee maker, a propane and charcoal grill, a large smart tv with cable and WiFi. The house is very conveniently located-a 15 minute drive to The Syracuse area and a 5 minute ride to area stores and restaurants. We live close by- if you need anything throughout your stay, were available to help. We live close by and are always available to help with any questions or concerns. Close to parks, marinas, shopping and casinos. About 15 minutes from downtown Syracuse and Syracuse university.
