Your room is just 220 metres from Bankstown Train Station where you and your partner can unwind and enjoy all Sydney has to offer. We will provide you with a desk, towels, make-up mirror as well as a wardrobe (with cloth hangers) to hang your clothes just like at home. Coffee & tea are provided free of charge. In the living room you will be able to relax, heat a meal, store some groceries, play a board game or read a book. We will do our best ensuring you’ll feel right at home in this King Room. Your King Room is decorated with modern pieces of furniture, not just the ones that look great in pictures but are actually comfortable and practical while using too! We considered what we desire ourselves from a bedroom and kept in mind the travellers needs while buying furniture. We believe when it puts a smile on our faces and we enjoy it ourselves, so will you. Your King Room has access to the balcony from the hallway, which provides seating as well as direct access to the balcony gate from which you would enter the apartment. A shared bathroom accessible from the hallway provides a shower and toilet as well as a sink. Both hand towels and bath towels are provided. We will provide you with our mobile number and are onsite during the day to answer any questions regarding what to see in Sydney, how to get there and we can even help with flight bookings and/or arranging travel insurance, as we are also a licensed travel agency. Bankstown is a lively suburb of Sydney with great restaurants where grocery stores spill onto the streets selling the freshest mint and durian. The area is most known for its Vietnamese community and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Head to Sydney Metro Airport (in Bankstown) for an unforgettable helicopter flight over Sydney or the Blue Mountains. Banktown also features great shopping, the Australian Aviation Museum and Bankstown Sport where guests can enjoy a movie theatre, live shows, weekly entertainment, various restaurants and bars all under one roof. We are just minutes walking from Bankstown Train Station, which offers direct trains to and from: - Circular Quay at least every 15 minutes, up to midnight - Town Hall at least every 15 minutes, up to midnight Taking a train to/from Sydney International Airport requires you to change at Central Station/Redfern and runs at least every 15 minutes with the first train arriving at the airport at 5:26am (44 min). Busses to and from the city/airport run throughout the night. Please know that we are 220 metres walking away from Bankstown Train Station. Guests driving to Bankstown can park their car at the Counsel Parking Garage which provides unlimited parking for free and is about 20 metres walking from our front door. In case of fire, the exit is clearly marked and brightly illuminated directions allow you to get out of the unit safely and quickly. Fire extinguishers and a fire blanket are accessible from the hallway and smoke alarms are installed to warn you in the case of a fire. Security gates block access to the unit and cameras have been installed to record potential incidents.
