Please note, use of the truckle beds in this Twin room is not permitted. Family Bathroom on 1st floor with bath, shower over bath, heated towel rail and toilet. Shower Room on 1st floor (4 steps down) with large shower, toilet, heated towel rail. Wet Room with 2 x Showers on basement floor - perfect for those sandy toes after a day at the beach. Large Open Plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Area Luxury fully fitted kitchen with 2 double ovens and 1 single oven, halogen hob, American Fridge/Freezer, Large Island, Nespresso machine (bring your own capsules), separate wine fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Large Oak Dining Table seating 10. Sitting Area with 3 sofas, coffee table, Free view TV & Blue-ray player, Bluetooth speaker. Patio doors leading onto the Balcony with distant sea views (all on 2nd floor). Sitting Room 1 x 3 seater sofa and 1 x 2 seater sofa, armchair, woodburning stove, Smart TV, Blue Ray player. Utility Room with plenty of storage, washing machine, tumble dryer and sink on 1st floor. Grounds Very Steep unenclosed rear garden (Do take care - children must not be left unsupervised). Patio furniture outside the kitchen - perfect for enjoying day round sunshine. NB: There is an unenclosed steep banked garden, please ensure children are supervised at all times in the outside areas. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY IS VIA 25 STEPS UP FROM THE ROAD/GARAGE. Guests will have the entire cottage available to them exclusively for the entire duration of the booking, including all outdoor areas. Bookings and initial communication will be handled by Quality Cottages, and the owners will be available during your stay if you should need anything. Details for contact will be given closer to the time of your arrival. Little Haven is a gorgeous coastal village with a sandy beach on the Pembrokeshire Coast. It's a popular holiday destination with a number of pubs and restaurants despite its small size and forms part of 'The Havens', a collection of sandy beaches and villages in the area. There are good road links to and from Little Haven and across Pembrokeshire, as well as seasonal public transport routes, and good local taxi firms. A refundable security deposit of £500 is required per booking for 4+ people. A refundable security deposit of £250 is required for bookings of 2-4 people. Please note, towels are not provided.
