House is 10-15 minutes away from airport, 5 minutes away from new hospital GMRC, walk to Ross Dress for Less in Micronesian mall where’s theirs food court, restaurants around the area from there catch the bus to GUAM PREMIUM OUTLET SHOPPING MALL. TUMON BAY SHOPPING and BEACH is 10 minutes away. Spacious yard for kids to play and enjoy the sun... House manager will meet and greet and give you some instructions about the house and if you need anything just send me an email or text and I’ll try to help as much as I can.... Very quiet and friendly neighborhood, wide parking around the house and streets ..... My house is very close to new hospital GRMC its just across marine drive way, the biggest Micronesian mall, overlooking Ross shopping mall, just a walk from my house, very quiet neighborhood ,Guam has one of the most beautiful beach and sunset..... No smoking inside the house but can smoke outside the yard, shoes must be place in shoe box, house slippers is provided. Do not use house phone for international calls or it will be charge to guest
