Quinns Beach - Studio - Completely Separate Build

Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, it is very peaceful , light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. The Studio opens on to a deck which overlooks a Nature Reserve. As you have total use and private Access to your Studio, you have your own Deck Area, Parking Bay and separate stairway to your accommodation. We also have Ramp access if needed. I work most days, and live a fairly busy life - so when I am at home I enjoy the peace and quiet of my place. However , I am always available if you need some assistance..a knock on the door or a mobile phone call away .. Located in the OLD Quinns neighbourhood , The Studio sits on the side of a hill, and above us we have wonderful friendly neighbours , all living and enjoying the beauty around us.....our own "village" in Quinns. Located just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Quinns Beach and Portafino's Cafe & Restaurant, and the beach walkway/cycle path to Mindarie Marina. Quinns IGA /Pharmacy & Hardware Cafe are also a 5 minute walk. A bustop is just metres away - with services to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre . We have a Weber Gas BBQ available for guest use. This can be used on your deck ..a perfect place for sunset drinks and BBQ.
