Cozy comforts of home. This home is not located directly on the water; approximately 1.6 miles from Weeki Wachee State Park; Home of the Mermaids. Located within 6 miles of two cozy beaches: one is a salt water beach (Pine Island) and the other is a fresh water beach (Rogers Park). Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with two couches; one has pullout bed. One large TV in living room with blue ray player and a selection of DVD’s for your use. House does not have cable, however, you may access your own Netflix or Hulu accounts. WiFi throughout the home. Full kitchen with all the dishes and cookware needed to prepare a meal. Enjoy a game of Giant Jenga or Cornhole in the beautiful Florida weather with the safety and comfort of a fully fenced-in yard where the kids can play. On the “information station” there will be a few suggestions of great restaurants nearby that offer delivery. There are two screened-in porches on both sides of the home with plenty of seating. Both entrances are private, you will not be sharing the home. The space is yours to enjoy for your stay. Please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns at anytime. Conveniently located less than two miles away, you will find: fast food, gas station/convenient store, grocery store and pharmacy. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to pet allergies. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of your reservation.
