Mullaloo beach is arguably the best beach in Perth, Local shops are 3 minute drive, Train station 5 minute drive servicing all of the major routes throughout the Perth metropolis both north and south of the Swan river. 10 minute drive to Perth's second city Joondalup, sports complexes,shopping malls,banks, bars , cafes, restaurants,hospices etc. and Edith Cowan university complex Local Bus service is 1 minute walk away that connects to major train station connecting the whole of Perth and ferry services, Local Car rentals available for as little as A$22 per day, designated parking is available on the property and ample street parking Besides Guests booked to stay in our home no other Guests are permitted for security reasons, under no circumstances are other people other than those in the original booking to access our home unless prior consent as been arranged , our home is also a residential property in an exclusive area and we ask if noise could be kept to a minimum after 10 pm
