Our lovely garden apartment is situated a stroll away from the Swan River, in a beautiful riverside suburb. Enjoy a relaxing stay with cafes, bars and restaurants round the corner or take a 10 minute drive to Fremantle or 20 mins to Perth CBD . There is a bus stop to both centre's across the road and many riverside bike paths. The private apartment, at the rear of our house has everything you need to spend a memorable time in Perth whether travelling for business or leisure. Our guest apartment is private at the rear of the main house. You enter through a separate entrance and there is a lock box for your convenience. It is a light spacious area and overlooks the lush garden. The master bedroom has a queen bed and is elegant and modern with a large built in robe, reverse cycle air conditioner and en suite bathroom. There is a separate sitting room to eat and relax in. You can rustlle up a storm in the kitchenette or stroll to local restaurants round the corner. We have screened off the lawn area for you to use and there is an outdoor table & bench in the garden to retreat to with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. You have a separate entry to the accommodation via a side gate. The entire apartment is for your use and you have your own garden area. Off street parking is available for one vehicle and there is extra parking at the local shops nearby. Everything is on the one level with no steps or stairs. We will ensure your privacy but are happy to help out on request. Information on the many cafes restaurants and attractions close by such as Adventure World, Fremantle Prison and tunnels and the many river and ocean beaches are provided in a booklet for your convenience. Attadale is a lovely suburb along the Swan River with lots of open park areas to stroll through, including spectacular Point Walter with its river beach , jetty and water play area for boats , canoes or fishing. It has something for everyone with picnic areas and BBQs. There are many bike paths along the river to explore and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants to try. It also is on the main route with good transport links to both Perth and Fremantle. The accommodation is on a main bus route to Perth and Fremantle. Bus stops are 2 minute walk from the home and route numbers are : 910, 111 and 158. These buses also link with Canning Bridge Train Station and Fremantle Train Station to give you easy access to other areas of Perth. No smoking please.
