Beautiful location just 55km south east of city

Situated near the water and surrounded by a nature reserve you will appreciate the quiet location with very little local traffic. There is a good collection of books on many topics as well as movies and music to suit every taste. The animals are friendly and will welcome you as soon as you arrive. You can be as private or as social as you like. Just try and keep the noise down to keep the peace with the neighbours. Please note that wild parties are not allowed. With 2 big living areas and 2 outdoor entertainment areas there is plenty of room to stretch out without being on top of each other. You will have a private bedroom and bathroom, but the kitchen and living areas are shared. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry, living areas and outdoor areas. The birdlife and scenic walks are really spectacular. This is a quiet neighbourhood with young families and retirees. A lot of the locals are keen fishermen and often own their own boats. Public transport is limited so you'll be best advised to travel by car. There is an Uber and taxi service if you dont have your own vehicle. The nearest station is either Frankston or Cranbourne, which are about (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min away. Both can be reached from the city by train. There is plenty of wood for the fire pit and a BBQ and outdoor seating is also provided.
