This superb home looks out onto the village cricket green and from the rear, picturesque views of Brinscall Woods, Great Hill, Winter Hill, Rivington and the West Pennine Moors. You may walk, run or cycle from the front or the rear gate into miles of upland moorlands, tree lined valleys, rivers and reservoirs. This delightful and pleasant home offers you a place to unwind and feel close to nature. Bedroom 1, houses a king size real oak bed, dressing mirror, wardrobe and draw storage. Bedroom 2 houses twin real oak single beds, dressing mirror, wardrobe and draw storage. The entrance hall has a cloak cupboard for coats, shoes and houses a rechargeable cordless cleaner, hairdryer, electric extension reel and electric rechargeable torch. Situated in the hallway is the Smart Thermostat, keeping the home to the temperature you prefer. The lounge has a wood burning stove, Smart TV and DVD player- program recorder. Kitchen/Dining Room, with 6 seater table, wall mounted Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, electric extractor fan, slow cooker, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, air purifier, iron and ironing board. The Bathroom has a walk in overhead rain head power shower and hand held shower, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The rear garden room with seating and patio access to a south facing garden with table and 4 chairs and a hosepipe with shower/spray head. Plus fire pit with wood provided. There are also two golf clubs in adjacent villages. There is easy access to our local market town of Chorley and the M61, M6, and M65 will take you to the vibrant cities of Manchester and Liverpool or to neighbouring Cumbria with its Lake District, Yorkshire with its Dales and the Peak District with its rolling topography.
