Lovely Large Furnished Room in Mansion - Avatar

This is the best room in our lovely 150 year old mansion. It is on the third floor surrounded by lovely old oak tress and a garden setting. My place is perfect for students seeking a nice and quiet home environment. We are close to St. Agnes and have been renting to medical and college students for over 20 years. We are close to UMBC and CCBC in Catonsville, MD. We enjoy hosting quiet students who enjoy a private and quiet home setting. Terrific place for someone just moving to the area! This is the best room in the home, on the third floor with 2 closets and a huge extra closet walk in for storage. It has a great view and secluded in a one acre lot with off street parking. It has a queen size bed and a huge overstuffed chair perfect for studying. There is a desk and a small refrigerator and microwave in the large adjacent area. The guest has full access to the 3rd floor kitchen , recently renovated large shower and bathroom, dining-living room. Also they guest may use the washer and dryer in the basement. We have a lovely sunporch entry way with a tread mill the guest may use. We respect our guests and offer them a lovely quiet environment with privacy. Many of our student guests have complimented us on the nice quiet environment that feels like home! The neighbor is located in Baltimore and located on an acre of wooded area in a beautiful setting, conveniently located near shops and highways. We are close to UMBC and St. Agnes (within 3 miles) and Catonsville Community College. Yes we are on the UMBC shuttle bus line and there is public transportation. We love having guests and honor their privacy. This is not a party house, but rather a home environment for the serious student or for one who loves their privacy and quiet. We ask that our guest do not bring any additional people to our home without permission in order to retain our lovely quiet environment.
