Serifos Traditional House 1

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora). Serifos Traditional House 1 includes: 2 sleeping rooms with double bed in each room, 1 single bed/sofa located in the daily room , a kitchen space with laundry and a shower bathroom, veranda deck with full sea and village view, as listing pictures shows. Tv screen, wifi and airconditioning are also included to the property. Dear guest please mind: 1. Upon to your arrival, we will ask you for your passport number and your home address as far as we are forced by Greek law rule to declare your data to Greek taxation e-platform (Taxisnet). 2.Clean bed linen and towels are provided upon to guest arrival, replacement every five days.
