Renaissance - Double Bed w Guest Bathroom Access

Hello and welcome to House of Avalon. My name is Katy Jane and together with my husband Tyson we have opened our home to offer travellers a ‘home away from home’, Bed and Breakfast experience. When you stay, we offer a free continental breakfast with unlimited access to tea, coffee and all your day to day essentials including fresh linen, fluffy towels and the love of our 10 year old Border Collie Strider. Guests are able to use all shared spaces including our living room, lovely patio, back yard and laundry. We ask that no one accesses our master suite without permission. Guests are able to use a key during their stay to come and go as desired. We ask a $20 deposit is paid so keys are not lost. Money is returned as soon as keys are. Wether you want a safe private bed for the night or to join us for a family dinner we welcome you to stay with us and explore our little patch of paradise in Park Ridge. We are 15min from 4 major shopping centres and a few minutes to several local shops. In walking distance you can access a local park with fitness equipment and playground. There is lots of on street parking and local walking paths. The back of our property is bush land ensuring that most mornings we are met with kookaburras, lorikeets and the occasional kingfisher. We have bike racks in the back yard and free use of two adult bikes onsite. We also offer parking in the driveway by request. We have a Border Collie onsite. She is our baby and considered a member of the family. She is desexed, vaccinated and has lovely manners. Due to her age is very relaxed and loves people. If you dislike dogs or have allergies then this home may not suit.
