Spacious Basement Apartment

This is a nice basement apartment with an easy to access private entrance. It has a great central location only a few minutes from the College of Idaho, downtown Caldwell and It is only 6 or 7 minutes away from the freeway. There is a designated covered parking spot with additional street parking. Groceries, shopping and entertainment are only minutes away. There is also high speed internet capable of working from home, online learning and Netflix. The apartment is very spacious. You will not find a better deal with the same number of available rooms and square footage. The off street covered parking is excellent and we take pride in keeping things exceptionally clean. There is a good chance you will hear footsteps from the top apartment. This is a basement and the price is set according. The apartment is close to stores, restaurants, the freeway and the college of Idaho. You will enjoy your stay and we are always improving your experience from the wonderful feedback provided by those who stay with us. Guest's can park under the carport or park on the street. Feel free to text, email or call. This is a great neighborhood with a great location. Guest's will most likely need a car to get around. This is a basement apartment and you might occasionally hear footsteps from the upstairs apartment.
