In 30 mins you're in Notts town centre! Small outdoor area free to use. Lots of parking (FREE). Area is quiet and safe with no traffic noises at all. The home is brand new and modern with high speed internet. Towels provided for a hot shower. Close to Co-Op for a light shop and Beeston high street is near where you have a huge Tesco and Lidl for grocery shopping as well as cafes and shops. Home delivery of takeaways works well too. Lots of greenery and parks around to enjoy! Big parking space outside (FREE) with kitchen view over it. A tram stop is a stone throw away so you'll not find yourself looking for ways to get around town. I like to socialize with guests but also respect personal space and peace and calm. We can cook together or not. Have a glass of wine or not. Whatever the vibe is :) Love living in Beeston because it’s a quiet and save area and very green. Many shops and cafes around! Tram is the number one way to get around. The tram stop is five min walk to the flat and can be seen from the kitchen window. If you’re driving you’ll have a huge free car park which is never full! Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Space not suitable for children.
