Gosnells Retreat Under the Gum Trees

The Guest Flat has an all timber kitchen. Seperate bathroom toilet and laundry. Comfy queen size bed. And the lounge is comfy and quiet. Its within walking distance to Gosnells and Maddington shop and the train station is an easy walk away. Gosnells has a Coles supermarket McDonalds Hungry Jacks Domino’s pizza Kebab shop Noodle Bar fabulous fish and chips and the Gosnells Market and Pub. The market has a food hall and variety stalls and the pub does meals and sometime live music. This Gosnells Retreat is quiet with a brand new kitchen and new lounges. It has its own private backyard where you can hear the birds in the Gum trees on the fence line. You have a seperate entrance thats off the parking area. Go through the gate and follow the path to your private back yard and into the Guest flat via the sliding glass door. I live in the other half of the house so you’re welcome to call out text or phone me with any questions you may have. I also enjoy music a drink and a game of cards if your interested. This is a quiet privately owned street with a max speed limit of 30kph. The street light right beside the parking helps keep it well lit at night. The trains run from Gosnells station into the city and from there you can explore the city the beaches the markets pubs shops cafes at a minimal price.
