Welcome to DutchRose. The well appointed galley kitchen is stocked with oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar & creamer. The furnishings are comfortable, the bed is good and the WIFI is strong. If you prefer your morning coffee outside, there is a sunny, south-facing patio with table and chairs. This property offers ample off street parking in an older, quiet neighborhood. Entire home, patio and yard This home is equipped with key-less entry making check in seamless. We will be available to you through text or phone during your stay and will make every effort to respond to any questions or concerns immediately. This tiny home is tucked away in an older, quiet neighborhood. We will always strive to give you specific directions to the home as GPS will not take you there. When booking let us know which direction you are coming from. Some of the city's street signs are dim and may present a bit of difficulty. Should this happen, I encourage you to call me and I will talk you there. About 15 minutes south is the Colorado Farm Brewery. They are open Th- Fr from 5-11 PM, Sat 3-11 PM. Usually there is a local food truck on site. This is a fun place to end an adventurous day. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. To get there, travel south on US 285 to Rd 12 S/Twelve mile Rd and continue to your destination on the left.
