A private room (twin bed) in a bright and sunny home just minutes away from WPAFB, WSU, Air Force museum, Yellow Springs, and restaurants/mall/retail. Your room is has a big desk, very cozy! Shared bath and full use of shared living room (with TV) & full kitchen and a laundry room of new washer and dryer. This is a charming ranch-style home is in a lovely tree-lined neighborhood. Each of the 4 private bedrooms is available for rent individually or the house can be rented as a whole for a traveling family. The rooms are tastefully decorated and sunny with most having floor-length windows! The shared living areas include a fully-stocked kitchen where guests can make home-cooked meals and relax with a glass of wine. Each room is lockable and guests will receive a key to their own upon check-in. Guests are welcome to make themselves feel at home, and I am happy to help in any way. I live only 15 minutes away and am always available via phone should any issues arise. This home is near Fairborn High School and only a few blocks away from a big community park with a paved running trail, playgrounds, picnic tables, tennis/basketball courts, and soccer field. There's even an amphitheater where there is free live music in the summertime. Not to mention, it's right off I-675 where you can zip to the Air Force Base, Wright State University, or shopping malls and restaurants in just under 10 minutes. Uber is ubiquitous and probably the easiest way to get around if you don't have a car. Parking is free and readily available. Don't let the twin bed fool you. This is a nice room, and you have exclusive use of an oversized desk! If there are other guests staying in the house at the same time as yourself, please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum. This is a general rule as you are situated in a quiet neighborhood.
