The unique apartment is self-contained with parking and has been recently refurbished with all the mod-cons. The Chiltern hills are a 10 minute walk away and perfect for long/short walks or cycles. All utensils are provided, with everything you could possibly need for a self-catered break, including cafetiere. Additional small appliances include kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. We will provide all cleaning products including washing up liquid and bleach along with sponges, cloths, tea towels and washing machine capsules. Hand sanitiser is conveniently located near the door for your use. In the cupboards, there will be salt and pepper, olive oil, tea, ground coffee and sugar. There will also be a small carton of milk in the fridge. The kitchen has a custom made steel breakfast bar fixed to the original brick chimney breast and is the perfect spot for your morning bite. Into the open plan lounge, you will find a dining table in front of the large sash windows, perfect for your evening meal or to play a board game from the box provided. The 3 seater sofa is a great place to lounge and read a book or watch a movie on the flat screen tv which is connected to apple tv. There is wifi throughout the property. The bedroom has a comfy double bed and wardrobe with hangers for storage. It has an ensuite with basin and shower; the toilet is located separately. There is off-street private parking. Entire place Wendover is a vibrant market town with a variety of shops and restaurants located on the high street. From boutique gift shops to luxury clothing and antique stores, there is plenty to peruse. There is an abundance of independent restaurants and cafes including a delicatessen for cheese and wine, a chololaterie, tapas, Italian, Thai, fish and chips and a host of pubs. The apartment is located no less than a 5-minute walk from the high street. Also within a short walk from the property are the Chiltern hills, home to an abundance of beautiful walks and cycle routes. A noteworthy area is Wendover woods which has a multitude of marked trails. There is a cafe at the top along with a car park and a Go Ape adventure activity course. Coombe Hill monument is also a short walk or drive away and is a great vantage point over the Vale of Aylesbury. There is variety of long or short footpath routes to explore around this area. The apartment has private off street parking. There is a bus stop close by and the train station is within walking distance. The train line follows a direct route to central London in under 1 hour. Central London is also drivable in under 1 hour. Bicester Village is also a short drive away.
