Sunny room in serene oasis near the city & woods

This is the perfect place for bikers and nature lovers who enjoy the convenience of the city and the serenity of the woods! The décor inside is green, minimalist, and warm with an open concept kitchen and dining area, lots of indoor plants, a beautiful porch, and tons of natural light from huge windows. The room features two beautiful windows to the wooded backyard, a private bathroom with a newly renovated bathroom, and large closets. Wheaton, Kensington, and Rockville are famous for cheap eats and small businesses that your hostess is happy to tell you all about! -new laundry machines downstairs -beautiful sun room -backyard -bike storage shack for up to two bikes -wi-fi I'm local so please feel free to ask me anything regarding the area! Lots of families, dog and nature lovers, bikers who enjoy the multiple parks in the area Tons of street parking and our own driveway parking is available. Definitely recommend a car or bike, but the metro in Wheaton (red line) is the closest just 7 minutes away with free parking across the street at the shopping center. Medical Center is just a 9 minute drive away on the other end of the red line. Currently, my dad is renting a room in the house and helping me manage guest stays. He works at Macy's and on his days off enjoys time gardening or watching TV in his room. He is fully vaccinated and boosted and is very meticulous about keeping surfaces clean and sanitized. Very much looking for like-minded guests so we all stay safe :)
