Farmhouse with large in ground pool + river view

This house surrounded by fields and gardens, has lots of light, a fully equipped country kitchen, large pool , farm setting with animals and river views. The large living room has wood floors and beautiful views. There are four bedrooms. Relax in our Finnish sauna or in the summer months, jump into the large in-ground pool. The yard and grounds have plenty of places for kids to play. ( we do not allow parties, events or gatherings nor outside music.) A good WiFi is available. The house is unique because of the open floor plan, the many windows that let in lots of natural light, and beautiful views of meadow and river. The master bathroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom. Three other bedrooms share a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen sized bed. Another bedroom has two twin beds, and the last bedroom has two comfortable twin size cots, perfect for young adults or kids. Guests have access to the private pool, yard and the trails around the fields. However, we keep animals in the pasture and come to take care of them once a day , please do not enter the fenced pastures or the barn without permission. Do not leave any gates open! The fence is electric, do not touch! No dirt bikes or four wheelers are allowed on the property. We live a few miles away and can be available as needed. We are keeping sheep and maybe horses on the farm , so we may be around sometimes doing outside farm work and yard maintenance Historic waterfront town of North East is nearby with interesting shopping. Turkey point lighthouse and park is a short drive away, as well as Fair Hill state park with 100 miles of trails. Amish country in nearby Pennsylvania is an hour drive away. Christiana Mall, Newark DE and the adjacent shopping outlets offer world class shopping experience. Winterthur and Hagley Museum are very unique and worthwhile visits in nearby Delaware. Also the neighborhood across the main road makes a nice walking loop. There is a nice walkable and bike rideable neighborhood across the main road We have good parking in the front yard for our guests We have WiFi and Ethernet connections available for Internet.
