APARTMENT IN HISTORIC CENTRE, PRIVERNO LT
The apartment is located in Palazzo Bianconi in the historic centre of the ancient town (pre-Roman) of Priverno. It consists of a small lounge, one large bedroom and another smaller bedroom with an adjacent small terrace. Guests will also have access to the top floor terrace, which gives fantastic views over Priverno and the surrounding countryside. The apartment is not suitable for groups of young people. For a longer stay (28+ days), contact Tommaso. The railway station of Priverno-Fossanova is on the direct line between Rome (60 minutes) and Naples (90 minutes). There is a bus from the village to take you to the station, and which meets incoming trains. The seaside towns of Sabaudia, Terracina, San Felice Circeo and Sperlonga are also within little more than 25 - 40km. There are ferries from Terracina to neighbouring islands. The 11C Fossanova Abbey, where St Thomas Aquinas died, is 5 km away. There is both free and for payment parking at Porta Napoletana, at the end of the road. If you require more bed space, the mansard on the fourth floor (with bedroom, lounge with double sofa bed, shower room, kitchenette, and two terraces) can accommodate 3 guests. Or you can use the mansard just to cook lunch/dinner on the terrace. For more information about the additional cost of using these facilities, or for a long let (28+ days) please contact Tommaso. You will have access to the whole apartment. Tommaso lives in the apartment below, and will be available to offer assistance, if required. There is a bus service for the station and surrounding villages. However, a car is recommended if guests wish to visit surrounding areas (other than Rome and Naples). Priverno-Fossanova station is on the main line for trains to Naples and Rome. Note: the apartment is on the second floor and does not have a lift. Therefore there are about 40 steps to climb.
