This is a self check-in with an electronic keypad entry for 100% flexibility. Parking is Limited, there is 1 assigned space in front of building 6, 6D just in front of the steps leading up to the front door the unit 6D, there are yellow visitor parking passes that must be hung from your rear view mirror, you risk being towed if they are not in your car, any space that does not have a black painted number on the curb or sidewalk is a guest space, you may park a second vehicle in one of those spaces as long as you car also has a yellow parking pass hanging from the rear view window as well, there are 2 yellow passes located at the condo Jeff I am available anytime for questions via text or call uber / lyft I will text you the code to the keypad before you arrive
