Penwartha House

Penwartha House situated just under 3 miles from the beautiful surfing beach of Perranporth. The accommodation is a self-contained wing of a large country house. The property offers 4 bedrooms, shower room and separate WC. The ground floor has a lounge/diner with a door out into the patio and large mature garden with summer house garden furniture and BBQ area. There is a separate storage room for bikes surfboards,and beach equipment, and an area for washing wetsuits etc. My husband and I live next door and are available to give any help to make your stay with us more enjoyable. I am also available to take in your online grocery order on your arrival day. Perranporth is a vibrant holiday village with two small supermarkets, local butchers and bakery. There is a wide range of eateries to suit all tastes and pockets. Penwartha House is ideally situated for touring Cornwall, which is rich in attractions including The Eden Project,Flambards theme park, the Tate Gallery at St Ives, the Maritime museum at Falmouth, and many National Trust properties. Let us take this opportunity to let you know what we are doing to keep you covid safe! The property will be deep cleaned between guests including light switches, door handles, remote controls and all surfaces. A cleaning kit including antibacterial wipes will be provided for your use. All unnecessary items such as ornaments and soft furnishings (cushions) have been removed. The house is self contained and a contact free hand over of the keys will be carried out. The property has a large garden that under normal circumstances would be shared however it will be partitioned so that you can use the space whilst maintaining social distancing. Lastly we are inviting guests to bring their personal bed linen and towels for their own piece of mind, should you not wish to bring your own we will ensure bedding has been cleaned to our usual high standard.
