Located in a prominent position in the stunning village of West Itchenor a few minutes walk from the waterfront. Pleasant local pub (The Ship) a short stroll selling reasonable food. Guests have their own private entrance with a private front door. Happy to help with local information or other requests. The neighbourhood is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is within 200 yards of Chichester harbour with wonderful wildlife and walks. It is close to Goodwood and Chichester theatre. A car is useful. There is a bus stop outside Emmets (the main house) and the bus runs 3 days a week. Cycling is enjoyable as the area is flat. Plenty of walking routes, bird watching and boat tours. Breakfast materials supplied. This will include muesli, tea, coffee, milk, bread, marmalade and butter.
