Character Cottage-Suite No.1 -only 3km Perth CBD

Guest Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own independent entrance, and consists of a bedroom with high ceilings, breakfast kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, & own lounge setting on a shared front verandah. Close to public transport, 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, cinema, and lake. Please note that there is NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host. Situated at the front of our house the guest suite is a private suite consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom, a breakfast kitchenette and an outdoor lounge sitting area on a shared front veranda. This suite has an independent entrance. The bedroom has 1 queen bed, and if there is a 3rd person or child, there is a single sofa bed you can unfold. The room has ample wardrobe space, a desk and TV. The room is light and the french glass doors open onto veranda that overlooks the front garden. You will have access to the independent suite and will not need to share any space except the verandah. The suite is attached to the house I live in and I am there if you need anything. However you will be totally independent with your own entrance to your suite/apartment. As I work from home I am mostly around to offer any help you may need. I am very happy to help wherever I can to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Mount Hawthorn is a lovely, friendly, safe neighbourhood, with many parks, cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, bookshop within walking distance. Lake Monger is a favourite walking spot with many native birds including our black swans. Our neighbouring suburb, Leederville, is lively and has a cinema as well as many restaurants, cafés, bookshops, fashion boutiques and is also within walking distance or a 4 minute bus ride. We have great access to public transport with a bus stop a minute away. It is the Number 15 bus route. The Perth city centre is only 15 minutes away by bus and the beach is about 20 minutes away. 1. The single bed is a single sofa that folds out to make a single bed. This is usually in the fold up position, giving you more floor space and can be open just before going to bed. 2. Please note: number of guests include adults and children over 2years of age,. There is no charge for infants less than 2 years old. 3. Although the suite you will be staying in is totally independent with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette, it is attached to the main house where I live with my daughter. You are not renting the whole house, just the whole guest suite/apartment.
