Location doesn't get better than this- shops, bus stop, shopping centre, library, medical centre, and theatre are basically accross the street! Granny flat has your own space separate from the house with its own bathroom and kitchenette (microwave/fridge/kettle/toaster only) It’s the cheapest place around for this value. This is a granny flat- separate from the main home. I'm always happy to help you, and also understand people like privacy. We live in the main home which is separate from the granny flat. We are happy to assist you and have a chat. Step outside the door, and you have an entire new shopping centre (craigieburn central) at your fingertips. It offers aldis, Coles, woolies, and lots of nice retail shops. We also have a red carpet experience movie theatre, a 24 hour chemist, a doctor clinic, and all major banks. In one minute you will be at the bus stop. There are buses that go directly to Craigieburn station, Roxburgh Park, and Broadmeadows. Craigieburn’s residents are from working class and a variety of different backgrounds :) _________________________________ ***Transportation available, please ask - we might be available to pick up and drop off :)*** My home is only 20 mins from the airport! You can now officially take an uber ride from the airport. Should be around $30. Then get on the train towards CRAIGIEBURN and get off at Craigieburn Station (10mins). take bus 529 or 537 and get off at Craigieburn Shopping Centre/Central Park Ave, NOT Lygon drive stop (7mins). ***getting to the city from my home via public transport*** Get on bus 529 or 537 towards Craigieburn station (10mins). Take train toward Flinders Street (35mins). No alcohol alcohol allowed on premises. No smoking. No shoes worn inside.
